Seeking a full-time IT System Support Engineer in Colombo. Responsibilities include technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ IT Support experience
- Hands-on experience with Linux OS, WHM & cPanel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365 admin
- Expertise in DNS records, SSL cert management
- Familiarity with WAF, Email Firewalls
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub
- Skills in domain registration, problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange knowledge
