Job Description

Our client, a leading apparel company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline factory operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, capable of enhancing productivity, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams and will require a hands-on approach to maintain and optimize production processes in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Oversee and manage daily factory operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Lead production teams, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment, and ensuring achievement of production targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
• Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to monitor and improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with departments such as Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role within a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production planning.
• Proficient in production planning software and data analysis tools.
• Certification in Health and Safety Management is preferred.
