About the Role:
We are looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager in Financial Planning & Controlling to help us identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize spending, and support business growth through effective financial planning and analysis…
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency, and monitor the success of these initiatives.
- Develop and manage sales incentive and commission plans aligned with business goals.
- Review and track performance of incentive schemes, making adjustments as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators for management.
- Set and monitor monthly and annual budgets.
- Support decision-making by analyzing financial performance and providing insights.
- Prepare variance analyses and flag any issues for corrective action.
- Assist with product and revenue analysis.
- Support the Head of Finance in overseeing the Finance & Accounting department…
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Partially or fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or CA (Sri Lanka).
- 5-7 years of experience in finance, with 2-3 years in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in a reputable company or a bank/finance organization.
- Strong skills in accounting, analysis, problem-solving, and English communication.
