Job Description
Leading apparel company, Uconnect, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably within the Apparel Sector.
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee production operations, focusing on productivity, quality standards, cost management, and team performance to meet company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Production Management
- Oversee daily production processes and schedules
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of apparel industry operations experience
- Strong leadership and ERP system skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
