Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and implementing sales programs and developing strategies to optimize sales.
- Formulating targets aligned with market expansion, sales stability, and the introduction of new products.
- Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports.
- Analyzing the market and formulating tactical plans.
- Collaborating with the After Sales Service team to manage post-sales requirements.
- Establishing and fostering strong business relationships between key accounts decision-makers and sales staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling a similar product category.
- National Diploma in Agriculture or Advanced Diploma in Hi-Tech Agro Entrepreneurship or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of dairy technology and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of Animal Husbandry would be an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of the products used for Animal vaccination schedules and drugs.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Valid riding and driving license required.
