Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Specialist at Inspire X in Colombo. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training activities to support the company’s talent acquisition and development efforts.
Responsibilities
1) Lead the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to screening and conducting interviews.
2) Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, identify skill gaps, and craft compelling job descriptions.
3) Innovatively leverage diverse channels to tap into the best talent pools.
4) Conduct initial interviews to identify high-potential candidates who align with company culture and growth objectives.
5) Drive the interview process efficiently with a focus on candidate experience.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
* 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
* Proficiency with recruitment platforms and technology.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
