Job Description

Join MAS Active as an Executive – Quality Assurance and play a crucial role in advising on quality/technical aspects, developing effective sewing methods, and ensuring products meet customer quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice at meetings during the pre-production stage.
- Analyze style samples and develop effective sewing methods for smooth production.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve technical issues and ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Participate in pilot stages for new styles and conduct feedback discussions.
- Address day-to-day technical issues and take preventive actions.
- Motivate and lead the quality team for smooth operations.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Science from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good analytical and IT literacy skills.
- Effective communication skills.
