Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager Branch Operations located in Nugegoda, with flexibility for some remote work. The Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure efficient service delivery, manage branch staff, and drive business growth. They will collaborate with the senior management team and lead strategic initiatives for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Team Leadership, and Financial Acumen skills
• Experience in branch operations, customer service, and staff management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
