Job Description
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
Lead a talented marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, staying ahead of the curve in our ever-evolving industry.
Plan and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
At least 3 years in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills and passion for growth.
