Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making? We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to develop data-driven use cases and provide actionable intelligence using advanced data analytics tools and methodologies. In this role, you will support our organization in achieving digitization goals by acquiring, transforming, and modeling data to facilitate both strategic and tactical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven use cases to support organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to provide actionable insights.
• Acquire, transform, and model data to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with digitization objectives.

Education Qualifications:

• Engineering or IT degree specializing in Computer Science or Statistics. – Minimum score of 70% on the Data Scientist entry exam (for external hires)

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with toolkits such as R, Python, or equivalent.
• Proficient in data visualization and effective communication of insights.
• Experience in data engineering across various environments (data warehouse, big data, cloud storage)
• A continuous learner actively seeking to update knowledge and skills.

Work Experience:
