Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage sales coordination and promptly address customer inquiries to enhance client satisfaction
- Oversee work order processing and ensure timely coordination with relevant departments and the Head Office for seamless operations
- Provide essential support to the sales team for smooth daily operations, ensuring optimal customer experience
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems accurately
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and presentations
Requirements:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification
- Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing (SLIM) preferred
- 1-2 years experience in sales support or coordinator role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
