Job Description
Location: Barnes Place, Colombo 07.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process visa applications for various countries.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
- Ensure timely submission of visa applications.
- Liaise with embassies and consulates.
- Maintain knowledge of visa regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of visa processing experience.
- Strong knowledge of European and American visa requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in visa processing software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
