Job Description

Job Description:

The Assistant HRBP will collaborate with the manufacturing team to align HR strategies with business goals, enhance staff engagement, and facilitate workforce management.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic liaison with site leadership to meet HR requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company directives.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team for talent recruitment and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and HR software proficiency.
