Job Description
- Responsibilities: Responsible for Accounts Payables activities in the Oil and Gas industry including indexing, invoice processing, vendor master management, and audit.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, support transformation initiatives, and ensure process improvements.
- Quality check weekly transactions, produce performance reports, and make recommendations for enhancing processes.
- Manage performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, SLA, and KPI adherence, while handling complex requests and reconciliations.
- Qualifications: Experience in Accounts Payables, SAP, vendor reconciliation, MS Office, and strong communication skills.
- Preferably experience in Oil and Gas, Supply Chain Operations, or Heavy Industries.
