Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations? Join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator and be the vital link between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound calls, customer inquiries, customer onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Assist in onboarding new customers and offering service knowledge

Skills & Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have minimum G.C.E. O/L & A/L
• Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English languages (Ability to speak in Tamil would be an advantage)
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
