Job Title: Executive – Operations & Administration
About Us:
We are a leading shared services company in the ornamental fish industry, offering HR solutions to global clients, including the US. We are seeking a strategic, analytical Senior Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong HR analytics skills and a solid understanding of US HR standards, while being flexible to work during US hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operations locally and internationally, reporting progress to key stakeholders. Assisting the management in reviewing farm production, biological best practices and operational meetings.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline operations.
- Strategize and Innovate: Implement & manage farm strategic projects and execute senior management’s decisions.
- Identify process improvements and ensure seamless service delivery across the organization.
- Evaluate and Inspire: Guide farm executives’ performance, helping them meet their KPIs set by the business.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with leadership’s vision.
- Performing the data analysis related to Operations and supporting the data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, finance, or management roles.
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in CIMA/ACCA (added advantage).
- Proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil for effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Valid riding/driving license (advantageous but not mandatory)
