Job Description
Attend to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Prepare Bills of Lading as per customer instructions.
Send invoices to customers and ensure timely recovery of charges.
Dispatch documents to Agents at the port of destinations/transshipment ports upon completion of all Bills of Lading.
Send Cargo/Freight corrector messages and express Release messages to Agents at ports of discharge upon customer requests.
Reconcile inward cargo manifest and generate a discharging list to be forwarded to Main Line operators.
Check inward Cargo Manifest for accuracy and inform the status of containers to relevant authorities.
Report cargo manifests to relevant authorities by checking vessel arrival dates to meet regulatory requirements.
Update manifest information in the system accurately.
Maintain relevant documents and correspondence in an orderly manner.
