Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational results while increasing market share across all channels.
• Provide daily sales updates to Higher Management for decision-making.
• Set high leadership standards, fostering enthusiasm, teamwork, and loyalty in sales personnel.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline sales staff to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Conduct visits to the field to assess market dynamics and monitor sales staff’s execution.
• Ensure Sales and Territory Managers adhere to approved route plans and track visits efficiently.
• Closely monitor daily sales targets and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Focus on timely debt collection and initiate legal action if needed.
• Implement the Company Performance Management System fairly and provide feedback.
• Commit to cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and staff engagement.

Key Requirements :

• 7–10 years experience in wholesale operations, with 3–5 years in senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and using KPIs to drive performance.
• Experience working with partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term operational strategies.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle complex challenges.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM systems, inventory management, and logistics software.
