Your Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service via live chat, email, and social media, ensuring a seamless online journey.
- Handle up to 3 web chats simultaneously, supporting customers with queries on products and services.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share valuable feedback with the team.
About You:
- Essentials: Experience in digital customer support, strong multitasking and organizational skills, excellent written communication, and confidence in using multiple systems.
- Desirables: Knowledge of Zendesk and experience in an FCA-regulated environment.
Job Details: 📍 Location: Mireka Tower – Havelock City
🕒 Hours: Winter (2 PM – 11:30 PM IST) | Other Seasons (1:30 PM – 11 PM IST)
