Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor the network KPI & KQIs daily and identify performance gaps.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Identify field/benchmark test requirements, conduct tests, and generate reports highlighting performance gaps.
- Collect, maintain traffic, and KPI databases to identify network issues affecting service quality.
- Plan customer experience test cases, prepare reports, and develop QoS & QoE applications for network efficiency.
Qualifications
- 4 years BSc in Telecommunication Engineering with IESL membership.
- Prior relevant field experience advantageous.
- Analytical skills, web development knowledge, network tools handling, and asset management required.
- Organized, proactive, energetic, team player with excellent communication skills.
