Job Description
Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT Campus) is looking for a proactive and empathetic Executive – Student Relations to join our team. As part of this role, you will manage student inquiries, monitor attendance, and guide students towards counseling services when necessary. This is an exciting chance for individuals with strong communication skills, a background in higher education, and a dedication to student success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately record inquiries, complaints, and grievances made to SRU.
- Monitor students at risk of withdrawal.
- Provide support to students with low attendance.
- Offer student services within the student relations unit.
- Refer students to counseling for emotional and social issues.
- Inform students and parents about programs and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining ISO standards within the Student Relations Unit.
- Manage the SRU Hotline.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in higher education.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, with Tamil as a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
