Responsibilities:
- System Integration related to Invoicing processes
- Preparing sales/marketing documents
- Creating sales/marketing reports and metrics
- Obtaining approvals for daily business operations
- Developing promotional materials
- Supporting sales team for better customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Coordinator
- Knowledge of ICT equipment marketing and customer segmentation
- Experience with invoicing systems
- Diploma or Degree in Management is a plus
