Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director at Impact Labs in Colombo. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Director’s office.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
