Job Description
Disclaimer: This is an independent consultancy contract for a period of 06 months and extendable.
Responsibilities:
- Business analysis core responsibilities
- Responsible for requirements management process within project(s)
- Detailed understanding of project scope and managing scope changes
- Provide estimates for requirements activities
- Review documentation for consistency and accuracy
- Coordinate on-boarding/roll-off activities for Business Analyst resources
- Coordinate junior Business Analyst members on projects
- Mentor junior team members for growth and success
Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years experience in software Business Analysis
- Experience in relevant business areas and domains preferred
- Good interviewing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business processes and development tools
- Ability to conduct research, analysis, and formulate reports
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices
- Understanding of leadership and managerial responsibilities
