Job Description
Disclaimer: This is an independent consultancy contract for a period of 06 months and extendable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business analysis core responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire requirements management process within a project(s)
- Ownership of BA process
- Detailed understanding of the overall project scope and managing scope changes effectively
- Responsible for estimates related to requirements elicitation, documentation, and review activities
- Reviewing documentation for consistency and accuracy
- Coordinating on-boarding/roll-off activities for Business Analyst resources
- Coordinating junior Business Analyst team members
- Mentoring junior team members to help them grow
- Architecting solutions and building rapport with stakeholders
Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software Business Analysis
- Experience in relevant business areas and domains preferred
- Strong interviewing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business processes and development tools
- Ability to conduct research, analyze alternatives, and use support software
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile practices
