Job Description
Job Duties
- Handle reservations inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Flexible to work extended hours and meet job demands.
- Collaborate with drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Oversee maintenance of company vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with authorities, vendors, and staff for smooth operations.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
Requirements
- GCE, Advance Level qualification or relevant partial qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
- Knowledge of regulations, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Residing in or near Rajagiriya is a plus.
