Job Profile:

• Manage export sourcing and assess suppliers.
• Provide regular updates on buyer development to management.
• Ensure timely sample submission and competitive pricing.
• Explore and develop new export markets.
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and supplier requirements.
• Conduct factory visits and competitive analysis.
• Develop and manage delivery timelines and product initiatives.
• Prepare for trade shows and training events.
• Travel locally or internationally for business support as needed.
• Oversee business cycle phases and ensure budget adherence.
• Available for remote work and different time zones.

Skills and Competencies:

• A Master’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
• 8–10 years of experience in marketing or merchandising.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience with woven or menswear products is preferred.
• Proven experience working with Western buyers and suppliers.
