Position: Executive – Human Resources

Responsibilities:
- Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires
- Manage payroll, EPF/ETF, and statutory payments
- Liaise with Labour Department on EPF & ETF matters
- Manage offboarding process and conduct exit interviews
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Support Head of HR in all HR tasks
- Perform coordination tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management
- Minimum 2+ years experience in similar role; hotel industry experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong multitasking and PR skills
- Must be proficient in English
