Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Supply Planning Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply planning of bulk powder, Powder Finished Goods, and Liquid & Cultured Finished Goods at Fonterra.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a 24-month rolling supply forecast for Bulk Powder & Powder Finished Goods.
- Leading Integrated Business Process Review Meetings – Supply Review to align with business strategy.
- Managing import and export clearance functions through the shipping desk.
- Establishing a robust governance and compliance framework.
- Driving improvements in supply-related KPIs.
Qualifications:
- BSc. in Supply Chain Management or related field, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Planning, preferably in Food Manufacturing / FMCG Industry.
- Proficiency in Supply Planning models, tools, and systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
