Job Description

We are Hiring for the position of Head of Factory Operations at InTalent Asia located in Weligampitiya, Jaela.

Job Description:

• Oversee Factory Operations & achieve organizational goals.
• Initiate measures for delivering desired output & enhancing productivity capacity.
• Drive quality performance of the unit by implementing preventative actions.
• Manage Factory Maintenance functions, minimize repair costs, safeguard assets & maintain good housekeeping.
• Support the Board in implementing operational changes.
• Improve labor productivity, reduce wastage & conversion costs.

Qualifications:

• BSc. in Mechanical Engineering with 8-12 years experience.
• Factory Operations Management experience is a must.
• Hands-on Experience in ERP Systems is required.

The candidate should be professionally qualified in Mechanical Engineering and expected to manage overall factory operations.
