Job Description
Our client owns and manages multiple resorts in Sri Lanka. We are looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees
- Handle payroll, EPF/ETF, and statutory payments
- Liaise with the Labour Department regarding EPF & ETF matters
- Manage offboarding process and employee grievances
- Assist Head of HR in all HR-related matters
- Handle other assigned coordination tasks
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management or related field
- 2+ years experience in similar role, preferably in the hotel industry
- Computer literate with MS Office skills
- Ability to multitask and proficient in English
Compensation:
- Competitive salary package: 60k – 70k
