JOB Description

1. Directly responsible to the Board of Directors.
2. General management of all activities falling within the purview of the position.
3. Need to actively visit factory locations out of Colombo.
4. Guiding the managerial staff and giving them necessary guidelines.
5. Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
6. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives to optimize production and resource utilization.

JOB Specification

1. A Master’s Degree Preferred
2. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering
3. At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management category in a well-established manufacturing-related organization

Knowledge/Attributes

1. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
2. Sound leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience in Windows platform with MS office application package.
4. Ability to work in a computerized environment.
