Job Description
To strengthen our dedicated team, we are seeking a talented individual to join us as Head of Creative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand aesthetic and marketing communication across various platforms with consistent messaging. Collaboration with other departments to create visual strategies and promotional events is essential.
Job Profile:
- Create original brand concepts across all touchpoints.
- Deliver brand communication solutions and meet marketing objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams for design themes and plans.
- Research current design trends.
- Manage external resources such as vendors and photographers.
Desired Skills:
- BA in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of creative experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil a plus).
- Strong managerial and team leading abilities.
- Video editing skills are advantageous.
