Job Responsibilities:

• Zero safety incidents in respective scope of work
• Planning packing operations based on shipment priorities to ensure timely delivery of stocks
• Completing pick pack transactions for shipped orders
• Providing accurate information to sales, procurement, and production
• Overseeing cargo dispatch notes
• Training FGS employees to meet customer specifications
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and managing stock movements
• Preventing inappropriate glove stock accumulation through analysis
• Maintaining minimum stock for PMS area

Person’s Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/ Manufacturing Management or equivalent
• Experience in latex or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Polymer science and rubber technology
• Familiarity with stock control systems like SAP and Quality Management systems
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive teams towards targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
