Job Description

We Are Hiring

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and support a team of employees for productivity and engagement.
  • Develop and implement office policies for efficiency.
  • Handle budgeting and financial management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment for functionality.
  • Liaise with HR for recruitment and staff development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of office management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and HR processes.
