Job Description
A leading apparel manufacturing company, Uconnect, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for production processes.
- Implement automation for production efficiency.
- Optimize machinery usage and reduce material waste.
- Calculate optimal thread usage.
- Identify efficient garment construction techniques.
- Collaborate on process improvements with factories.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of production experience.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in automation, machinery, and sewing techniques.
- GSD license advantageous.
- Experience in automation projects a plus.
- Analytical skills and certification in apparel industrial engineering required.
