Job Description

Position: Relationship Manager

Experience: Minimum 1 year

We are looking for a dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills to help our team achieve its goals. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing client expectations during the conveyancing process, acting as the key contact throughout their property purchase or sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely updates to clients and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Understand and enhance our products and processes for better stakeholder service.
• Ensure smooth case progression and update systems accordingly.
• Identify and present products/services according to client needs.
• Manage the complaints procedure professionally and provide quick resolutions.
• Offer guidance to internal teams on case progressions.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• A qualification from a recognized university is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Availability to work UK business hours:

Summer: 13:30 – 22:00

Winter: 14:30 – 23:00
