Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with technical support tasks, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with the software development team on designing, developing, and testing software applications.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing IT systems, including computer hardware and networking support.
- Providing IT support for cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Debugging and troubleshooting software defects for smooth functionality.
- Contributing to planning and executing software and IT-related projects.
- Researching and evaluating emerging technologies for innovation opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Full or partial qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong IT hardware and software skills with troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and SQL.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Efficient task management and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress and low-code platforms is a plus.
