Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of ICT products tailored for corporate clients.
- Create requirement specifications, business cases, and go-to-market strategies for solutions.
- Identify corporate customer needs and design appropriate ICT solutions.
- Enhance products/solutions with new features and improvements.
- Establish strategic partnerships with service providers to meet business goals.
- Conduct solution presentations and trainings as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance developed solutions in line with the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in ICT or MNO, with exposure to Business Analysis or Product/Project Management.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Project Management tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala for written and verbal communication.
