Requirements:

1. Around 5 Years of experience in Human Resources, specialized in Talent Acquisitions and exposure to end-to-end recruitment process including employee onboarding.
2. Experience in BPO/BPM environment will be an added advantage.
3. Should have sound communication skills and strong PR Skills.
4. Needs to have a strong understanding of candidate screening and job and employee branding.

Job Details:

1. Work from Office set up – Based in Colombo (2 Work Locations).
2. Shift – 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (Should be flexible according to the requirement).
