Job Description

As a Supply Chain Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations, from procurement to distribution. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help us maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure alignment with production schedules.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management.
• Implement best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
