Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will manage client communications, process orders, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs.
• Coordinate and secure sales orders from customers, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Ensure all received orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch of orders.
• Track and monitor order status, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns related to order processing and delivery.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve service and relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
