Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in recruiting students for our new academic programs. You will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and engaging potential students, both online and offline, to ensure the successful enrollment of students into our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students for academic programs.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, events, etc.) to raise awareness about our programs.
• Organize and participate in student recruitment fairs, school visits, and other promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential students and educational institutions.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and report on performance.
• Assist in creating engaging content, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns, aimed at prospective students.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, student recruitment, or education marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
