Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Zero safety incidents in respective scope of work
- Planning of packing operation based on shipment priorities to ensure timely deliveries
- Completing pick pack transactions for shipped orders
- Providing accurate information to sales, procurement, and production
- Overseeing cargo dispatch notes
- Training FGS employees to meet customer specifications
- Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock movements
- Maintain proper glove stock levels in PMS area
Person’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years experience in latex or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Polymer science and rubber technology
- Familiarity with stock control systems (SAP) and Quality Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
