Key Responsibilities:
- 🔵 Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff, manage training, schedules, and evaluations.
- 🔵 Oversee the complete warehouse cycle: receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- 🔵 Ensure timely, accurate deliveries by collaborating with drivers, dispatchers, and vendors.
- 🔵 Maintain ERP system accuracy, assist with inventory control, and resolve discrepancies.
- 🔵 Prepare and check reports, invoices, ensuring compliance with policies.
- 🔵 Address issues related to quantity, pricing, and quality; monitor for overstocks.
- 🔵 Maintain equipment, facilities, and participate in stock takes.
Candidate Profile:
🔹 Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
🔹 5-8 years of warehouse management experience.
🔹 Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
🔹 Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
🔹 Knowledge of lean management, ISO standards, and 5S principles is an advantage.
