Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for IT applications and hardware, ensuring timely assistance.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
- Manage AD users, SharePoint, Teams, and other system users.
- Evaluate products, oversee vendor SLAs, and procure ICT resources.
- Prepare IT-related documents, reports, and implement security best practices.
- Perform other assigned IT tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience, preferably in finance.
- Quick learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT security.
