Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement/Process Analyst with over 7 years of experience to join our Australian team at Maclli. Your role will involve analyzing and enhancing business processes for operational excellence. Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement, implement strategies, and measure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes, develop improvement strategies, and collaborate with teams.
• Conduct data analysis, oversee product trials, and provide staff training.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends in process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business optimization or innovation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and improvement tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality results.

Maclli is an Australian BPO specializing in property management services. Candidates will work as consultants and be compensated in AUD. Hours are from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm SLT.
