Job Description

We are a shipping company, a part of one of the leading groups of companies in Singapore formed with the mission to be the customer’s obvious choice. The Company provides a network of reliable container feeder services, through its fleet of owned and chartered container vessels, linking transhipment ports in Singapore, Malaysia and Colombo with India Sub-Continent.

The local company in Colombo is looking for a smart, energetic individual to join our team as our Operations Manager to manage and streamline vessel/terminal operations. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation, achieving the operation department-related KPI’s with timely updates, and monitoring vessel performance, handling claims, and maintaining strong industry relationships. Also, attend to any special arrangements on agency-related work such as bunkering/supply of provisions/cash to master/ship’s mail/crew changes, etc.
