About The Role
We are looking for a smart and talented individual with an outgoing personality to join our Talent Acquisition Team to gear up recruitment efforts. You will be involved in sourcing and market analysis. The ideal candidate should be a real self-starter. Someone who likes to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. We prefer candidates with an outstanding view of the ongoing worldwide digital revolution.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the company’s recruitment process by acquiring the best talent within the stipulated timeline
- Working with key hiring stakeholders and clients to determine upcoming needs and agreed strategies
- End-to-end recruitment
- Developing strategies to ensure a pipeline of candidates including the creation of talent pools
- Provide market insights and advice to the stakeholder group
- Engage in continuous improvement loop for process improvement
- Provide high levels of candidate care
- Maintain the ATS system
- Managing JDs and post vacancies as and when required
- Screening candidate profiles and conducting initial interviews with potential candidates
- Updating the management/clients on the recruitment status weekly
- Keeping up with market and industry trends in order to steer recruitment accordingly
- 3-4 years of experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in an IT/SW environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Outgoing personality with a good command of English is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with the foreign clients
- Any professional qualification in IT and/or HRM would be an advantage
