Role Description
This is a full-time VP Human Resources role based in Colombo. As the VP Human Resources, you will oversee HR policies, employee relations, and manage benefits. You will also implement and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Responsibilities
- Lead HR Strategy: Design and implement HR strategies to drive business growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Develop recruitment and retention programs.
- Employee Engagement: Promote diversity, inclusion, and high employee satisfaction.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, payroll, and benefits.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management systems for employee development.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Professional Certification: Prefer PQHRM or equivalent.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, MBA or Master’s in HR preferred.
- Experience: 14+ years in HR, 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Skills: Expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and labor law compliance.
- Industry Experience: Experience in healthcare or service industry preferred.
